02 Account Registration & Eligibility
Opening an account on hy baji requires meeting certain eligibility criteria. These criteria are based on international gaming regulations and hy baji's own policies.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. hy baji may request a national ID or other documentation for age verification at any time.
- One account: Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, device, or IP address, all accounts will be suspended.
- Accurate Information: All information provided at registration — including name, address, phone number, and identity details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
- Password Protection: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to hy baji immediately.
- Verification (KYC): Before processing a withdrawal, hy baji may require identity verification. This is mandatory for security purposes and follows international gaming standards.
- Account Transfer: Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Hy baji regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and compliance is mandatory. Failure to meet bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit. The applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be used.
- Wagering Requirements: Each bonus may carry a different wagering multiplier. Withdrawals will only be available after placing bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by the specified number.
- Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within a specified timeframe. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed upon expiry.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time. You must use or cancel an existing bonus before activating the next one.

05 Prohibited Activities
Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the hy baji platform. These actions harm other players and undermine the integrity of the platform. Any prohibited activity detected will result in immediate action.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Strategically placing bets or attempting to manipulate the system to exploit bonuses.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
- Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug without reporting it.
- Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward other players.
- Money laundering or engaging in any form of illegal financial activity.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy from a restricted region.
- Unauthorized use of hy baji's brand or logo.
Consequences
Engaging in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities if necessary.
06 Intellectual Property & Content
All content on the hy baji platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of hy baji or its licensed partners.
- No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- Viewing and using platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any game software or app is prohibited.
- If a user submits any content to the platform, hy baji reserves the right to use it.
07 Limitation of Liability
Hy baji is an entertainment platform. hy baji is not responsible for financial outcomes related to gaming. hy baji accepts no liability for the following.
- In-game losses or financial setbacks — gaming outcomes depend entirely on chance and probability.
- Disruption to a game session due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
- Account information leaks or misuse resulting from the user's own negligence.
- Services may be suspended or modified due to changes in applicable laws or regulations.
- Unforeseen technical incidents or force majeure events.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Hy baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances. Users may also close their own account at any time.
- Any evidence of rule violations, fraud, or illegal activity will result in immediate account closure without notice.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be automatically deactivated.
- Users who wish to close their account must contact support. All balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
- Following account closure, user data will be retained for a specified period as required by law.
- Where account reinstatement is possible, hy baji will consider it at its sole discretion.
